Reading at 2 pm doesn't make you lazy; it shows that you have your shit together.

Hey Reader,

When I just started out as a VA, I thought I needed to work 40 hours a week. Because I thought that was the only way to make a full-time income.

I spent all my time searching for clients, and if I wasn’t doing that, I felt guilty. I was making no money at all until I signed my first client.

But she only needed me for a project, so while I worked on her online course, I also had to look for new clients.

Maybe you know this feeling: you’re so happy you’ve found a client, but after you finish their project, you’re back at square one.

For me, it all changed with my second client. She wanted to work with me on retainer.

I could breathe again. Yes, I was still looking for more clients, but I decided to only work with clients who wanted to work with me month after month.

Because I pivoted my business to being a tech & ops specialist, I also attracted clients who wanted that.

That’s what I teach in the 4-figure Tech VA Membership. Because I want you to be able to read at 2 pm if you want to, without feeling you’re not doing enough to get new clients.

I work only in the mornings for my VA clients. I start my day at 8.30 am by checking my inbox and calendar. Then I’m going to work for my clients.

This morning, I added two modules for a new online course my client wants to launch in October.

At noon, I’m taking a one-hour lunch break and walking Nina, my dog. In the afternoon, I’m working on emails like these or other things for the membership.

Most of the time, my day ends at 2.30 pm.

On Monday, I only work on the academy, and on Friday, I only do small tasks, so my day ends at 11 am.

This is also possible for you, and this membership is going to help you do it.

That’s why the first module is all about learning in-demand skills so you can pivot to a tech & ops specialist. One of the first things business owners outsource is tech.

I’ve put together step-by-step trainings based on the most in-demand platforms and most used skills, so you can master what matters MOST first.

That way, you can get paying clients quicker because you’ve spent time learning the RIGHT things that people want to pay for!

Module 2 is all about creating your package and rate. I’ve included a template for you to easily calculate what you need to live the life you want. I used this very same template to calculate my prices.

Besides the lessons, I also have a 1:1 bonus for people who are on the waitlist.

In this 1:1 Repositioning Strategy Session, we create and price your new tech & ops service package[s].

So, you can start offering your highly wanted packages for your new services as a tech & ops specialist to clients who want to work with you month after month, year after year.

That first retainer client is still my client. I’ve been working with her since 2018.

Just like most of my other clients, they stay working with me for a long time.

So, no more projects for me unless I want to.

The 4-figure Tech VA Membership is for new and existing introverted VAs to become tech and operations specialists.

So you can charge 4 figures per client per month, have clients who want to work with you for years, and live the quiet life you crave.

And if I’m honest with myself, I would’ve loved having this kind of thing when I pivoted my business. It would have saved me so much time!

Join the waitlist for founding member pricing and a 1:1 bonus only available for people on the waitlist! Doors open this fall…

Hey Reader, Being good at tech is not enough for business owners when they want to work with you for years. When I just pivoted my VA business, I had no idea about most tech & operations. I learned everything on the job. So, it wasn’t my expertise that made them keep working with me. So what is it then? First, I start our relationship with honesty. Whenever a potential client asks me if I could do something in a discovery call, I’m honest. It will come out if you say you’ve set up an online...

Hey Reader, When I was launching the 4-figure Tech VA Membership, one of the first questions I got was what time the Monthly Collaboration Calls are. I was so glad I got that question because I have so many amazing women from all around the world on my email list and following me on my socials. Of course, she wanted to know when the calls are because she wanted to get the most out of this membership, and rightly so. Yes, you can always watch the replay because that’s something everyone in the...

Hey Reader, In the last 8 years, I’ve done a lot of discovery calls, and not every call ended up with a new collaboration. And I don’t have a problem with that at all. Not every business owner is supposed to be my client. Let me tell you why. Even though my clients have come through referrals since 2018, I always have a discovery call with a potential client. I want to feel if we are a right fit for each other. When I just started my VA business, I had the urge to say yes to everybody I had a...
