Before I started my VA business my life sucked.

Hey gorgeous,

Yeah, you read that right. I was so unhappy. I lived for my vacations, not even the weekends because a lot of the time I was just to damn tired to do anything fun.

I was existing, you know the song Eat Sleep Rave Repeat by Fatboy Slim? Well, substitute rave with work and you'd have my life.

That all ended when I decided things needed to change. Of course, that was not an overnight decision.

I was avoiding reading ‘You Are a Badass’ by Jen Sincero for over 6 months because I was afraid.

But when I made the decision… Things went quickly.

I read the book and knew something needed to change, and I was the responsible party to do that. Nobody else. I was the one who needed to get out of victim mode.

I did a challenge and hired the coach who gave that challenge to support me in building my own VA business, even though I had doubts as an introvert.

I went for it. That’s also one of the reasons why I created Couch Potato Clarity course. This self-paced course helps you build the foundation of your VA business so you can accept clients with confidence.

Now, I LOVE my life. It’s nice and quiet. I can wake up without an alarm blaring next to my head. Remember that old radio alarm clock… I still get shivers when I think about the click before the music starts.

I can schedule my own day and read whenever I want.

So, yeah, my life is amazing!!

I would love to support you in your VA journey. Check this link for all the ways I can support you.

Love,
Marit

Hey Reader, When I just started my business in 2017, I thought I needed sooooo many clients to make enough money. I saw myself working 40 hours plus a week. That would have been the case if I had kept working as a general VA who only did projects. The moment I decided to pivot my business to being a tech & ops specialist was the moment I started signing clients who wanted to work with me month after month and wanted to pay good money for it. As a tech & ops specialist, you definitely can work...

Hey Reader, When I just started out as a VA, I thought I needed to work 40 hours a week. Because I thought that was the only way to make a full-time income. I spent all my time searching for clients, and if I wasn’t doing that, I felt guilty. I was making no money at all until I signed my first client. But she only needed me for a project, so while I worked on her online course, I also had to look for new clients. Maybe you know this feeling: you’re so happy you’ve found a client, but after...
